Partnership notes.
In Spring 2019, Team NEO reached out to us to redesign their website.
Their current website had a bit of an identity crisis – “Cleveland +”, “Cleveland + Living”, and “Team NEO” were all brands that the organization put forth. The site experience presented each visitor with a “choose your brand” decision, which posed a question to the visitor that they were likely not sure of the answer. As expected, the home page had high bounce rates. If a user managed to move beyond the home page, they were given an interface that was a bit dated and confusing to navigate.
Even with a tight deadline, we highly recommended that we spend some time up front to consider information architecture before we delved into wireframing. This foresight proved to be a major part of the forthcoming site’s success. We reorganize the backend utilizing WordPress. Our development team created a thoughtful and elegant administrator experience. We integrated Pardot forms and optimized the site for search engine visibility.
The result was proved to be a success with 50% site traffic increase, and an over 30% decrease in bounce rate. In late 2019, Team NEO hired us again to complete a new website for the Smart Manufacturing Cluster of Northeast Ohio. We are slated to collaborate on two new key projects in 2020.
